Instructions:

Brew the Zarina Saffron:
Using a mortar and pestle, grind 1/4 tsp Zarina saffron threads into a fine powder. Place the powder in a small bowl set over a couple of ice cubes and let it sit for 15 minutes to release its golden color and aroma. Stir gently to chill and enhance the flavor.

Heat the Milk:
Pour 2 cups of milk into a small saucepan. Warm over medium-low heat until steaming but not boiling (about 160°F/70°C), stirring occasionally to prevent scorching.

Foam the Milk:
Use a milk frother, immersion blender, or whisk vigorously to create a foamy texture. If using a stovetop method, froth for 1-2 minutes until light and airy.

Tip:
Use premium Zarina saffron for the best flavor and vibrant color. For a richer taste, use whole milk or add a dash of vanilla extract.
