Zarina Saffron Collection: Premium Saffron for Health & Flavor

What is Saffron?

Saffron, known as the world's most expensive spice, is derived from the vibrant red stigmas of the Crocus sativus flower. With a rich history dating back over 3,000 years to ancient Persia, saffron has been prized for its medicinal, culinary, and economic value. Packed with antioxidants like crocin and safranal, it's known for boosting mood, reducing inflammation, and supporting overall health. Saffron's flavor is subtly sweet with earthy undertones, and it has a floral aroma with hints of honey and hay.
